Shipping & Delivery
We want your shopping experience with us to be as smooth and reliable as possible. Standard products are usually delivered within up to 14 days. For individual custom requests, however, we cannot guarantee fixed delivery times, as production may vary depending on the complexity of your order – but of course, we will keep you informed about the progress.
For orders above €100, your first delivery is free of charge. If your order is below this amount, the applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout. Should you wish to return an item, you can do so within the legal return period. Please note that a flat return fee of €8 will be charged, which will be directly deducted from your refund.
Our goal is to always provide you with a fair, transparent, and hassle-free shopping experience.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.
Please note: Since saxophone mouthpieces are hygiene products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items. Once a mouthpiece has been unpacked, tested, or visibly played, it cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This policy ensures the protection and safety of all customers.
If you wish to return a product, we will ensure a straightforward process. A flat fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected during checkout, once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., customize requests) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is faulty or defective.
Our aim is to provide you with fair and transparent conditions that respect both your rights as a customer and the necessary hygiene standards.
Liability & Warranty
All products offered in our shop are subject to the statutory warranty rights. If an item is defective or faulty, you are entitled to request subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If this is not possible or disproportionate, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, natural wear and tear, or insufficient care. For saxophone mouthpieces, this particularly applies to damage caused by incorrect cleaning, improper handling, or the use of unsuitable reeds or accessories.
Our liability for damages – regardless of the legal basis – is limited to intent and gross negligence. Unlimited liability, however, applies to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as to claims under the Product Liability Act.
This ensures that your statutory consumer rights are fully protected, while maintaining a fair balance for all customers.
